Welcome to our app! We believe in creating a safe and secure platform for our users, where everyone can feel respected and valued. To maintain a healthy and positive environment, we have established some guidelines and rules that we expect our users to follow.

Harassment:

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment, and we expect our users to refrain from publishing or sending messages, videos or photos with damaging, threatening, misleading, defamatory, rancorous, aggressive, racist, vulgar, denigrating, indecent, insulting, violent, obscene, or pornographic content.

Spam:

Spamming is not allowed on our platform. Users should not try to recruit votes, send unsolicited commercials, or chain letters. Also, users should not flood or write excessively long texts.

Illegal Activities:

Users are not allowed to share content for which they do not hold the necessary ownership rights. We hold users solely responsible for the content they publish and share. This app cannot be held liable if users share content for which they don't hold the rights. Furthermore, users should not post racist, sexist, or hateful remarks, videos, or photos. Hacking someone else's account or offering prostitution or escort services are strictly prohibited. Also, engaging in child pornography is illegal and unacceptable. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a warning or blocking from the platform. Please note that we are not obliged to warn you before taking this action. In case of serious breaches or if we notice that a user is under the age of 18, we will immediately block the user from the site without leaving any option to get their account back.

Guidelines for using our app:

1. Respect other users:

While using our app, users should not use profanity, behave inappropriately, or offend other users through either actions or words. Also, users should not threaten other users in any way, flirt, push to send pics or contact details, engage in racism, bullying, or violence, or exhibit any sexual/abusive behavior. Spamming is also not allowed.

2. Vulgar or adult behavior in chat is unacceptable:

Users are not allowed to display themselves in chat while naked or wearing only underwear, show their naked torso without displaying their face, move their webcam below their chest area, display or flash their genitals or other intimate parts of their body, touch their genitals in a sexual manner, even through their clothes, suggest or ask other users for virtual- or cyber-sex, use words or phrases that may have obscene, vulgar, or sexual context, or make gestures or take any actions that might be considered obscene.

3. Use relevant images:

Users of this app would like to see who they are talking to, so using irrelevant images or pre-recorded videos instead of showing yourself is not allowed. Users should not turn their webcam to face the screen of their computer, mobile phone, tablet, or television, face their webcam towards still pictures or any irrelevant images, face their webcam towards any text messages, books, or other forms of written text, or use any webcam emulator or other software, which helps them broadcast irrelevant images and/or video instead of themselves.

4. No spamming:

All forms of spamming are forbidden from the chat. Users may not broadcast or display advertising images or messages, request other users to take part in or perform any actions on the app outside the Video Chat app.

5. Reporting violations:

If another user violates the Chat Rules in your presence, you may complain about the actions of another user along with an image and message. Based on the evidence, our moderators will make a decision on whether or not to ban the offender. Moderators are available to consider and react to complaints 24 hours a day,
